The project is designed specifically to provide safe, affordable housing to its clientele, primarily single mothers and women in distress; Gateway Vista also provides numerous wrap-around services to help residents get back on their feet and break away from the cycle of violence and poverty. CR Builders was the lead developer and worked closely with YWCA Billings to make this unique project a success. The project opened in the summer of 2018.

The project is co-sponsored by CommunityWorks North Dakota (CWND) and CR Builders, LLC and opened in the fall of 2024.

A 24-unit multifamily housing facility at 3901 North 19th Street in Bismarck, ND, is dedicated to residents with special needs. In cooperation with Pride, Inc., a local non-profit service agency, CR Builders served as project developer and source of financing. Opened in December 2014.
